Community Connections

Ts'uubaa-asatx is currently looking to resurface, and redefine a 1.5 km trail that would not only bring more people to our lands, but also act as a connection between the upwards of 50,000 people that attend weekend music festivals at Lake Town Ranch and the multiple tourists that travel through the Town of Lake Cowichan annually.

Building this trail would help to realize the potential to bring visitors to our current and planned economic initiatives (Kaatza Kayak and SUP rentals, Marina, Hotel & Restaurant, etc.) as well as provide a platform to educate visitors on the rich knowledge and history that our people possess.
